What I Eat In A Week For Breakfast

I posted a reel of my breakfasts throughout the week. I can’t decide if I should be proud of embarrassed due to the fact that they’re all sweets, ahah. There is just nothing better to me than a healthy sweet thing paired with coffee. I don’t like too sweet of foods actually, that’s why I truly prefer the taste of something healthy and low sugar. I also wanna keep it as healthy as possible in the morning. I’ll admit though this is a week I was definitely craving sweets more than ever, so of course some weeks there will be avo toast, juices, smoothies, and more things that are the color green and maybe contain more nutrients lol.

BREAKFAST COOKIES

The reel I posted on Instagram showed a delicious cinnamon roll I got from a restaurant called Sage Vegan here in LA, but usually I would have just had my breakfast cookies… but I ate them all previously.

Here’s the recipe.

MATCHA AND CAKE

In the reel I posted I showed a fairy bread cake I got from a place called SOL Los Angeles.

It’s a cute Aussie-inspired cafe here in LA, and they have great matcha, treats, and Aussie food.

I definitely recommend adding some REAL foods in your diet and not copying this as a meal plan, ahaha. But I just love a good sweet, small breakfast paired with coffee in the AM so I thought I’d share these!

Kkkkkk I’m going to drink a green smoothie and have 3 avocados now, bye :)
