Black Berry Almond Smoothie Parfait

Ingredients:

·      2 cups of frozen blackberries (or any berry of your choice)

·      ½ cup of orange juice

·      2 heaping tbsp. of almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

·      2 tsp flaxseed meal

·      1 tsp of honey

·      1 tsp of vanilla essence

·      Pinch of salt

Simple, fast, and so so good. Depending on the power of your blender, you can make this into a smoothie drink (feel free to add more juice) or more of a parfait consistency (as shown in photo). If you choose to make the consistency thicker, you can then top with whatever you like. Topping suggestions: chia seeds, granola, nuts and fruit.
