Theragun has changed my life! It’s so great for relieving muscles after a workout, releasing stress and tension, and increasing blood flow while traveling for the holidays! They have a few different models so you can choose one that’s right for you.
Alo Warrior Mat & Bag Set
This is the best yoga mat I’ve ever used. It feels so supportive and also keeps you from slipping while holding poses. And you can get it as a set with the Alo mat bag so that it’s easy to carry to classes!
CryoFreeze CBD
I love this product by Omax Health. It’s a cryotherapy roll on that is infused with CBD. It’s all natural and such a good option if you’re looking for some post-workout or everyday pain relief at a lower price point! And you start to feel better within 10 minutes.
Alo Glass Water Bottle
Having a cute water bottle with me always reminds me to stay hydrated. This one holds 1L, but Alo also makes a smaller one too! It’s made of glass and is so easy to carry around with you.

Barefoot Dreams has the coziest blankets for those cold winter nights! They also have apparel and loungewear, and a cute and cozy scarf and beanie set. I love their socks too!
Parachute Home
Parachute has amazing products for all things home style. My dream home one day will have all Parachute linens and accessories.
